The Playhouse Package is similar to the Deluxe Playhouse Package, but includes less porch space and two less windows. Our Playhouse Package is the perfect add-on to give your shed a smaller porch with some shade.

This package includes a walk-in door, 4’ of porch space, two porch posts, and three 2’x3’ single-pane windows. The Lofted Barn with a Playhouse add-on also includes up to an 8’ loft for storage space. While the Utility Shed with a Playhouse add-on provides additional space for shelves.

The Deluxe Playhouse add-on is the perfect package for creating your dream recreational space. With this add-on your shed could become a beautiful craft studio, home office, or virtually any space that fulfills your needs! 

This package includes a walk-in door, five 2’x3’ single-pane windows, four porch posts and three sections of porch railing. The lofted barn deluxe playhouse also includes up to an 8’ loft for storage space, while providing additional space for shelves.

The Side Porch add-on package is a fantastic alternative to our traditional Playhouse add-on. If you are looking for something to add-on to your side-oriented shed, the Side Porch is the perfect choice! 

Old Hickory’s Side Porch package includes a walk-in door, double barn doors, a porch with 4’ depth, railing, one porch post, and two 2’x3’ single-pane windows. The Side Porch adds character to your lofted barn or utility shed, creates additional space for shelves, and creates the perfect space for relaxation, providing you with up to 8’ of additional loft space.

Our Garage Door package has options for both an 8’ or a 9’ garage door. The roll-up garage door is wide and lockable, creating a perfect opening to accommodate bulkier belongings. This package also includes a walk-in door, one 2’x3’ single-pane window, 12’’ on center floor joists, and a diamond plate door threshold.

If you want to shed some light on your shed space, the Utility Shed Dormer package is the one for you! This add-on is not just for utility, but also a lifestyle upgrade for your dimly-lit shed space. This package adds substantial daylight to your shed, making the space feel larger and providing a more visually appealing exterior. Having the Utility Shed Dormer can also illuminate your workspace increasing efficiency and safety.

This package includes a 7/12 pitch roof and three horizontal windows. The Utility Shed Dormer is only available in 8’, 10’, and 12’ widths and cannot be added to a lofted barn.
